Forger Stores ("we", "us") sells digital products - FiveM scripts and Claude skills - through this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. The data controller is Forger Stores, reachable at daveednig@gmail.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Order data: the products you buy, prices, order numbers, dates, payment status and download counts.
- Reviews: the rating and text you choose to publish, shown with your name.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs kept by our server for security and abuse prevention.
- Support messages: what you send us by email.
We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Bachs, on their secure checkout page.
2. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To create your account, process orders and deliver downloads (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud, secure the site and keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
- To answer support requests and send essential service messages about your orders (performance of a contract).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Bachs (payment processing): your name, email and the order amount, so they can take the payment. Their own privacy policy applies to the data you enter on their checkout.
- Hosting provider: our server provider stores the website and its database.
- Video platforms: product videos are embedded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), Vimeo or Streamable. These load only on product pages, and the platform may set its own cookies when you play a video.
- Authorities: when required by law.
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years). Server logs are kept for a short period. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your data except where we must keep it by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, NDPA or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Email daveednig@gmail.com from your account email and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, signed session cookies, and restrict access to our systems. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

This store is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
9. International transfers
Our server and providers may be located in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
