These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forger Stores website and the purchase of digital products from it. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.
1. The store
Forger Stores sells downloadable digital products: FiveM resources ("scripts") and skill packages for Claude Code ("skills"), together with their documentation and updates ("Products").
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, piracy or other breaches of these Terms.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Bachs. Additional fees or taxes may be applied by your bank or by law.
- Your order is confirmed only once payment is received. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed you can download them from the order confirmation page and from My Purchases. Updates published for a Product are included at no extra cost for as long as we offer it.
5. Licence
Buying a Product gives you a licence to use it - not ownership of it. Your use is governed by our License Agreement. Reselling, sharing, leaking or redistributing Products is prohibited.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account suspension and loss of access to your purchases.
7. Third-party platforms
Forger Stores is an independent store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re/FiveM, or Anthropic. "FiveM", "GTA V", "Claude" and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for using the Products in line with the terms of those platforms (including the FiveM / Cfx.re platform license and Rockstar's policies).
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, attack or overload our systems, scrape content, or upload malicious content (for example in reviews).
9. Warranty and liability
We describe each Product as accurately as we can and will help you get it working. Apart from that, Products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost revenue or server downtime). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We may stop selling a Product at any time; you keep access to Products you have already bought unless your licence ends under the License Agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Forger Stores is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
